International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is an American multinational information technology company headquartered in Armonk, New York, with operations in over 170 countries. Ensemble delivered the 40,000 sq. ft. workplace for IBM in Kolkata in the general contracting format.

To deliver within the stipulated time span of eight weeks, Ensemble deputed a special project team and executed the project to the client’s satisfaction. To deliver the project within the stipulated time, all long lead materials were procured in advance to meet the timeline. As the building was operational, all heavy noisy works were executed after office hours without affecting operations of other floors in the building.
